Is pet sitting right for my pets?
Is your pet used to daily playtime and walks? Is your pet non destructive when you go away for periods of time? Is your pet finnicky about what it eats and when? Are you leaving for the summer and in need of household visits? If yes to any of these questions, than Cloud 9 Pet Sitting is right for you! I also offer watering plants, getting mail/flyers/newspapers, getting trash/recycle bins, alternating lights. I will do a full house inspection each visit to make sure everything is in order. Cloud 9 will take care of your pets' needs and your household needs!
How often do you visit my house each day that I am gone?
It depends on the needs and ages of your pets. For dogs I may visit once every 4 hour to 12 hour intervals.
How often do you visit cats?
It depends on the needs of your cats. Once or twice a day is what I offer. No less than once a day.
How do we meet and how soon before I leave?
Please call 480-314-1232 or email me at ang@cloud9petsitting.com to set up a meet and greet. As soon as possible is always best for you and your pets. You will have peace of mind knowing that after our meeting I will be available for pre-planned visits.
What is the cost of each visit and is the initial consultaion free?
The cost is $25. per visit (up to 4 pets). The initial consultation (or meet and greet!) is free.
What occurs at the initial consultation?
This is the time I visit you and your pet at your home. I bring a questionnaire (to retrieve behavioral and health information on your pet), a service contract (for the safety of your pet), forms to fill out, and a list of referrals whom you can contact. At this time you also give me 2 sets of keys and I receive payment at that time.
After our meet and greet will you be available to visit anytime I call?
Yes, as long as I have enough notice. I work almost every day of the year but I do have limits as to how many visits per day I have. Therefore, certain times of the year (i.e. summertime, holidays) to guarantee you a spot in my schedule, I will need advanced notice or I may have to say no to a last minute request.
Can we be in contact while I'm away?
Yes. I have several clients who keep in contact by phone, email and/or text messages. Also, we will be in contact the day before you leave and the day you return. No exceptions.
How is Cloud 9 different from other pet sitters?
Cloud 9 Pet Sitting is essentially me, Angela Carlson. I will be THE ONLY ONE having the privilage of entering your premises and taking great care of your house and pets. I am a highly personalized service giving great attention to detail and organization. Your pets are treated with the care and repect that they deserve at EVERY visit! Also I do give them the time they deserve. Some pet sitting companies care more about the money made than the time spent with your pets! I am a non-smoker and live a healthy, happy lifestyle. I am curtious and professional at all times. I am not just a neighbor helping a neighbor, I am a professional helping a neighbor! Living in McDowell Mountain Ranch, I am happy to serve this community and others closeby. CALL CLOUD 9 PET SITTING at 480-314-1232 to set up a meeting. Email me ang@cloud9petsitting.com
Do you have experience with caring for birds?
Yes. Plenty. I am owned by a conure so I do understand parrots' requirements, along with all types of birds big and small.
What does it mean when a pet sitter says they are "licensed"?
Licensed indicates to most people that criteria have been met requiring study and an examination. Not true with a pet sitter. A licensed pet sitter simply means that the proper city, county or home business license or permits have been obtained. It is a form of city or county taxation.
Cloud 9 Pet Sitting is Licensed.
