"Is pet sitting right for my pets?"
Yes if your pets like daily playtime, walks, exercise and lots of attention with resting between each visit. Home is the quietest, most relaxing place for your pet to stay. Spoiled dogs and cats are loved!
"I've never used a pet sitter. How do I know who to trust with my pets, privacy and home?"
I have an obligation and trust built with each client during and after every visit that I uphold. I have a service contract that keeps us in agreement. I will stay in constant contact each visit if you prefer and will also leave you detailed notes as to what the visit entailed (pun intended!) If you are ever worried about people who enter your premises than I encourage you to install wireless camera's, it is easy to do and will help give you peace of mind. I also will show you my insurance/bonding agreement with Pet Sitters Associates, who I am covered by. We will establish a professional relationship with open communication so that you will be completely happy with Cloud 9 Pet Sitting! I am an A+ accredited business with BBB because I do not have complaints against me.
"How do know how many visits my pet will need?"
For dogs it depends on how many times per day they are used to going out, unless there's a dog door. It's up to 5 visits per day at most, with the most common choice of 3 visits per day with morning, afternoon, and evening visits.
Cats generally get one or two visits per day. Cats must be visited at least once per day for their own safety. Because I offer specialized custom packages, we will determine what the needs of your pets are. I want your fur kids to feel loved, appreciated and safe whenever you are away.
"How long is each visit?"
It depends on each pets' individual needs. Regular visits can be anywhere between 30 minutes to 45 minutes with no extra charges for extra time spent! Generally a half hour can be the usual but I am focused on your pets and home and not setting my timer! I do offer hourly visits for my clients who specifically want me to stay a full hour and nothing less. So you have peace of mind knowing I am spending extra love and attention and quality time with your pets. If you want a simple potty break visit for your dogs ( or cats-to scoop and/or feed) than I do offer that as well! Quality time spent with quality service guaranteed!
"What is the main difference between your 3 person company and a one person company?"
1.) I now have employee's helping with all my clients. That ensures that your pet IS COVERED in event of one of us having an emergency. I will say that in the 10+ year's of professional pet sitting I've never cancelled on any of my clients, EVER! That show's that I do give your pets #1 priority! I get phone calls from clients whose pet sitters have failed them at the last minute by canceling or not showing up or even from clients who cannot reach their own pet sitter and are worried about their pets. Do not let this happen to you and call me in ensure your pets' safety. Back ups are essential!!
2.) My employee's are also professionally trained for dog walking and will be pet CPR certified after working with Cloud 9 for 6 months.
3.) My employee's so far are clients of mine as well, so I know what great care they take with their own pets and how meticulous they truly are! I am VERY careful about who I hire.
4.) We do arrive in an unmarked vehicle for your pets' and home security!! Do you know a pet sitting company because of business signs on cars in peoples' driveways? That's a pet sitter who has business in mind instead of your homes safety. I do not let your neighborhood know that you're gone.

"What is involved with each visit?"
Each pet is different and requires different needs. I will provide plenty of attention, petting, playtime, exercise, walking, swimtime, brushing, bellyrubs, potty breaks, food and water changes, house security detail, plant care and more!
I am also sure to pick up mail, newspapers, flyers left on doors and in driveways so nobody will know that you're away. Your pet's health, safety, and YOUR privacy will never be compromised. I will stay in contact with you if you prefer and will leave detailed notes of each visit. Also I do arrive in an unmarked vehicle for your pets' and home security!! "What is the process of meeting Cloud 9 Pet Sitting and scheduling visits?"
Simple. The 'meet and greet' is offered as a free service to my clients. I will meet you and your pets one time at your home. At that time I fill out questionnaires and you will sign forms including a service contract to guarantee great service! At that time you provide me with 2 working keys. We will establish what the daily routine will be for Cloud 9 Pet Sitting so your pets and you feel safe and stress free. From that point on I will be available for all your pet and house sitting needs! Just call or email and schedule appointments, it's that easy!
"What is a 'licensed" pet sitter?"
Because I am a licensed pet sitting company, it means I have the proper business license by the state of Arizona. It is a form of city or county taxation. Licensed indicates to most people that criteria have been met requiring study and an examination. This is untrue of petsitters, there is no licensed pet sitter per say, but there is a licensed company. (as long as they are registered with the state. Check the Corporation Commission website to see properly licensed companies.)
